Association of Interleukin-10 Vitamin D Receptor and Cytochrome P450 1A1 Gene Polymorphisms with Renal Cell Carcinoma Risk

The current study examined the relationship between renal cell carcinoma-related risk and gene polymorphisms in interleukin-10, vitamin D receptor cytochrome P450 1A1 genes. Using preferred reporting items for systematic reviews meta-analyses criteria, link carcinoma was studied by utilizing Web of Science, Embase, PubMed Wanfang databases. CC TT genotypes along with interleukin-10-819C/T C-allele were found to be substantially associated Chinese residents. Furthermore, significant relationships receptor, FokI FF genotype F allele, ApaI A AA aa observed Asian populations. MspI (rs4646903) polymorphism linked an elevated T genotype. However, no single nucleotide interleukin-10-1082A/G, TaqI Ile462Val (rs1544410).
